OUR PROCESS

We provide supported living services in a shared supportive accomodation environment and shared lives scheme services which is a preferred choice for adults who need support to share a family and community life. This can be arange of different care needs. For Example: Someone with a learning disability, sensory and visual impairment with reassurance of care and support from a team of experienced, skilled care staff, who are onsite 24 hours a days throught a person centered approch. We aim to provide long and short term support and work closely with landlords to ensure our residence receieves the highest standard of care and support within housing accommodation. Our staff teams will have significant expertise in supporting people with complex needs and include dedicated positive behaviour support(PBS) specialists and an Assessment and transition Director for complex Autism and people with learning disabilities. Our aim is to empower individuals to make their own choices about how they live their lives, who they want to live with but to be supported to do that when that may become difficult.
